1) Splashing

One of the first things you can do right after you wake up in the morning and right before you go to bed at night is splash your eyes with lukewarm, room-temperature water. This will help clear the eyes out of any debris or foreign matter that is making your vision blurry.

2) Palming

A very popular eye exercise is called palming. It is basically a relaxation technique for your eyes. So whenever your eyes are feeling tired, do this. Take both of your hands, cup them, and place them over both of your eyes so that no light shines through. Then just relax and try to see only blackness and nothing else. This will help more or less “reset” your vision when it starts to become blurry or tired throughout the day.

3) Break-taking

Every ten minutes throughout close up work, i.e. from working on your computer, take a short ten second break, and look at something 10 feet away. 4) Eye Squeeze

If your eyes are ever feeling tired and particularly dry, you can do the eye squeeze technique. Close both eyes and squeeze them shut for 5 seconds. Repeat this 5 times, and your eyes should have started to produce some more tears to moisturize your eyes.

 5) Eye Circles

 If your eyes ever feel stiff and rigid, you can do eye circles to fix that. Look up, and slowly rotate your eyes in a circle in a clockwise direction. Do this for 7 cycles. Then repeat once again for the counter-clockwise direction. This should loosen up your tight extra-ocular(those surrounding the eye) eye muscles.

 6) Eye Massage

 Massage the outside ridge of your eye sockets using your fingers or knuckles. You can also massage your temples. This massaging will help increase the bloodflow surrounding your eyes, resulting in more oxygen being carried to your eyes, in turn giving you clearer vision.  7) Nutrition
