In this post, I’d like to share a few eye exercises to improve vision videos that I came across recently. They are each very good at describing how to do certain vision improvement techniques, including some of the ones we described in the last post. Note that you will see a description of the eye exercises performed below each video.
In this first video, you’ll see the woman palming. She rubs her hands together first to warm them up so they are not to cold when she puts them to her face. Then she place the palms of her hands over her eyes to block out all light. For the rest of the video, she is doing eye massages by using her hands and fingers to massage the facial area surrounding the eyes (and even on her neck) in order to stimulate blood flow throughout the face and eyes.
In this next video, the gentleman is performing a few different eye exercises to improve vision, including eye stretching exercises, in which he moves his eyes in different directions to stretch the muscles surrounding the eyes. This makes them easier to move around.
After that, the gentleman then does a focusing exercise called tromboning. This technique is good for stretching out the focusing muscles inside the eye. He then continues with some more focusing exercises. He finished off the video by doing some facial isometrics, in order to reduce bagginess under the eyes.
The third and final video I would like to share with you today is recorded in an Asian school. These students use eye exercises to improve vision every day. This keeps their eyes healthy and able to focus properly.
I hope these videos gave you a better visual understanding of how to do certain eye exercises to improve vision. For more great vision improvement techniques, I highly recommend you check out my friend Duke’s website HERE. Feel free to post and questions or comments below!
Recently, I’ve been telling all of my friends about how a person can use eye exercises to improve vision. Some believe it can work, and others are just skeptics. Well the other day, one of my skeptical friends decided to do his own research in finding whether or not a vision improvement routine can clear up one’s vision, and he came across this video. Be sure to read my explanation/rant below the video.
“See, I told you eye exercises to don’t work!” He says to me. So here is what I told him the reasoning for the video was. That video was created by someone in the eye care industry, a laser eye surgeon in particular. Of course he’s going to tell you that eye exercises don’t work, because then you’ll just get laser eye surgery instead! I mean, it makes sense why this guy would make this video – so that he can steal business from other eye care professionals!
Think of it this way. Have you ever been to Philadelphia, or really any other metropolitan area for that matter? Well here in Philadelphia, cheese steaks are a really popular food item. There are cheese steak places all over, and each one claims to have the “best” sandwich. Why? To get you to buy a cheese steak from them, and not from the other guy! You also see it all over the TV commercials in the rivalry between Comcast and Verizon Fios. All the Comcast commercials say that cable is better, and all the Verizon commercials say Fios (fiber optics) is better. Well of course, each one is going to say that just to get your business!
As for the eye doctor in the video above, take note that they disabled the comments section on YouTube, because so many people were commenting how eye exercises do actually work well to improve vision! Also, his video is the only one I could find stating that eye exercises don’t work, whereas all the rest of the videos say they do work.
It’s reasons like this that people don’t know about how they can use eye exercises to improve vision; because other people are suppressing the truth that it actually works! To see some examples of people who have actually improved their vision using eye exercises, check out my friend’s website HERE. He has helped a ton of people, and some of them share their success stories right on his website.
So it’s up to you to decide whether Comcast or Verizon is better, whose cheese steak is better, and whether or not eye exercises work. In other words, don’t always listen to the skeptics. Try them yourself and see what kind of results you get.
In the last post, I went into detail why certain people would want to tell you that eye exercises don’t work to improve vision, when in reality, they do work! So today, as a sort of social proof, I’d like to share some success stories of people who have used eye exercises to improve vision. So here they are!
Carol Walker from Nevada had some great success. She had been doing eye exercises for about 30 days, and when she had an eye exam at the end of those 30 days, her eye doctor couldn’t believe it. He said that he never saw anything like it (except for with those who underwent the dangerous laser eye surgery). Carol’s eye doctor thought it was so fascinating that he decided to start doing eye exercises to improve vision as well!
Tony Brawnovic from Costa Rica was thrilled when he found out he could improve his vision naturally. He started doing eye exercises, and within 2 months, he went from 20/30 in each eye to a perfect 20/20 vision in each eye – what an improvement!
John Brown from Kansas has had glasses since he was just a little boy. Then some of his friends told him about how simple eye exercises can improve your vision. He was skeptical at first, but he decided to try it for himself to see if it would work. Indeed, just 3 short weeks later, his eyesight had improved dramatically. But here’s the cool part – he said it was so easy to do! Go John!
Finally, a man named George French from London, England decided to start a visual exercise routine. He wore glasses most of his life and really wanted to free himself from the hassle that they bear. Guess what? Now he doesn’t wear his spectacles anymore and he claims to feel 10 years younger. That’s what I like to hear!
Now these are just a few of the thousands upon thousands of people who have been successful with a vision improvement routine. For more success stories of people who have used eye exercises to improve vision, check out my friend’s website HERE, because he is a real authority on the subject and has help a countless number of people get rid of their blurry vision. If you have a success story you’d like share regarding your natural vision improvement, please leave it in the comments section below. I’d love to hear your story!
