Close your eyes and imagine that your face is a clock, with the numbers placed around your face just like a real clock. Once you are set, start moving your eyes clockwise. Move your eyes to number 12, and slowly move them until it reaches the number 6. Continue on until your eyes are back to pointing at 12. Repeat this 10 times and then take a short break. After your break, rotate your eyes on the opposite direction. Make sure to take your time when doing this exercise, and remember to breathe regularly.

There are other variations to these kinds of eye exercises for astigmatism, but one thing they have in common is that it helps relax your eye muscles and reduce the pressure in your eyes.
