Why not just wear glasses or contacts or get laser eye surgery?

That’s a great question that most people don’t know the answer to. First of all, glasses and contacts cost a ton of money. If you have glasses now, and are not doing anything to solve your blurry vision problem, you are going to be spending tens of thousands of dollars throughout your lifetime on new glasses, new frames, new lenses, new contacts, new contact lens solution, etc. However, rather than spend tens of thousands of dollars, you should try out eye exercises to improve vision (like on my friend’s website HERE), as they are a more healthy and natural way of obtaining clear eyesight.

As for laser eye surgery, not only does it cost thousands of dollars, it is quite risky! There is no guarantee that your vision will be corrected 100%, if at all. Also, there are a lot of side effects, including halos of light in your vision, blind spots, reduced night vision, and even blindness. Therefore, I’d say not to even think about laser eye surgery.

Think about it this way. If you wear glasses or contacts or even get laser eye surgery to make you see clearly, you are only masking the problem; you are not solving the problem of your blurry vision at the root. Glasses and contacts are like crutches for the eye, and you will still have the same visual habits that gave you the poor vision in the first place, which will make your eyes continue to get worse. However, if you learn eye exercises to improve vision, you will regain natural, healthy eyesight the way that a person should.

Should I consult a real eye doctor about eye exercises to improve vision?

Well, as with any new workout routine or health related questions or concerns, it is always recommended that you consult your doctor, but really, the answer to that one is totally up to you. No one has ever died or been seriously injured doing eye exercises to improve vision. But as always, use your discretion.

There are doctors out there who specialize in natural vision improvement. They are called behavioral opthamologists. I’ve known some people who have gone to a few of those doctors, and what they told me was basically information that I already knew. In summary, I guess it all depends on what kind of learner you are. If you are the type that needs their hand held throughout the process, then sure, try a behavior opthamologist. Please note, though, that you will be spending hundreds, if not thousands of dollars since these sort of “unnecessary” doctor’s visits are not normally covered under most health insurance plans. On the other hand, if you are the type of learner who can learn on their own, i.e. from reading a book, articles, or from videos, I definitely recommend you check out my friend’s site. His name is Duke and he’s been studying natural vision improvement for years, and he really knows what he’s talking about. Check him out HERE.

One of the main reasons people don’t do eye exercises is because they don’t understand how they work to improve your vision. Your eyes are muscles just like any other muscle in your body. Therefore, they need adequate exercise. By performing eye exercises to improve vision, you can keep your eyes in good healthy shape and functioning properly. For example, just as a weight lifter needs to lift weights every day to make his arm muscles stronger, a person who wishes to improve their eye muscles must also perform eye exercises on a routine basis.

Have you ever woken up in the morning to a sore and stiff neck? It was most likely due to the fact that you slept with your head in only on position throughout the night and barely moved it. Well your eyes are the same way. If you leave your eyes in the same position for an extended period of time, they will become stiff, sore, and weak as well. For example, if you do a lot of close-up work where you are focusing your eyes close up for an extended period of time, i.e. doing computer work, your eyes will become so adjusted to the close up work that they will become stiff and “forget” how to focus on things far away. However, by doing exercises to improve vision, you can keep your eye muscles loose, fresh, and ready to focus.

Here’s a good one you can try right now. This exercise is called eye circles. Sit in a comfortable chair. Look forward, nice and relaxed. Now look up, and slowly rotate your eyes clockwise all the way around 5 times. Relax, and repeat going in the opposite direction. This will help keep the extraocular muscles (those that control movement of the eye) loose.

For a good list of eye exercises to improve vision, check out my friend Duke’s website by clicking HERE. He really knows his stuff and has helped thousands of people improve their vision by using eye exercises.

One of the first things people ask when they hear about eye exercises to improve vision is whether they really work or not to give you better eyesight. The truth is yes, they do work, and they work quite well actually. When given that answer, people then usually ask, “Well if eye exercises work so well to improve vision, then why isn’t everyone doing them?” People are skeptical by nature, and that is understandable, but there is a reason that you don’t hear much about natural vision improvement, and I’m going to share that with you today in this blog post.

Think about this. The eye care industry is a multi-billion dollar industry world wide. Every year, eye doctors, glasses and contact lens manufacturers, laser eye surgeons, etc. make literally billions of dollars in profit. However, that industry would not make any money if everyone was performing some sort of vision improvement routine and had healthy vision. Therefore, the eye care industry is doing everything they can to make sure that people either don’t find out about natural eye exercises to improve vision, or make people believe that natural vision improvement just doesn’t work. It makes total sense. If everybody started doing eye exercises to improve vision, then nobody would purchase glasses, contacts, contact lens solution, laser eye surgery, etc., and the eye care industry would not make their billions of dollars. Plain and simple (and totally unfair).

The government has a tendency to suppress information like that to keep them from losing any profit. However, it is unfair for them to keep such useful and beneficial information from people like you and me. That is one of the main reasons I created this blog. I think everybody needs to know about eye exercises to improve vision so they can have healthier eyesight and not have to worry about buying glasses and contacts for the rest of their lives.

My friend Duke has a great website about eye exercises to improve vision that I highly recommend you check out. I love his stuff; it’s all really informative – Click Here to check it out.

Feel free to comment on this post – I’m very responsive and would love to hear what you have to say.
